1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "User" or "You" means any individual who registers an account or uses the 981kiss platform.

2 User Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

981kiss provides a range of payment methods for user convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes after verification is complete.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

• The bonus is credited automatically for a qualifying first deposit.

• The bonus must be fully wagered before any withdrawal is permitted.

The 981kiss VIP Programme consists of four (4) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0% — calculated based on the user's wagering activity.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the 981kiss platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and other games — are run using an independently audited RNG system to ensure fairness and transparency.

Users agree that:

• Game outcomes recorded by the 981kiss system are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perception or memory alone.
• Any bugs or technical errors in a game will result in the round being voided, and affected bets will be refunded.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Merging or sharing strategy information between users to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is prohibited.

7 User Responsibilities
